For this reason, before final confirmation of your participation, you will receive the Participation Contract, which describes in detail all aspects relating to the retreat, including:
the services included in the participation fee;
the payment methods and deadlines;
the conditions for modifying or cancelling the reservation;
the mutual responsibilities of the parties;
the rules for participating in the retreat;
the processing of personal data and any other information required by current legislation.
The contract aims to protect both the participant and the organization, ensuring maximum transparency and clearly defining mutual rights and obligations.
