"Peace of Mind" booking policy
Yoga invites us to cultivate stability in uncertainty
Dear friends,
In response to the growing complexity of international travel arrangements, which today requires greater flexibility, we have updated our booking policy to offer participants greater ease and freedom in planning their travel arrangements.
Our aim is to preserve the sense of serenity and stability of the space we are creating together here in Ibiza, while helping each participant find the most peaceful and supported way possible to participate in this journey.
This is our new "Peace of Mind" booking policy
€250 deposit required upon registration.
Second payment of €250 to be made 60 days before the start of the retreat.
Final balance to be paid 30 days before the retreat.
If a participant is unable to attend the retreat, the deposit will not be forfeited. They may choose one of the following options:
transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost;
keep the amount paid as a credit to be used towards a future White Lotus Retreat experience.
If the retreat cannot be held due to international security conditions or failure to reach the minimum number of participants, all payments will be fully refunded with immediate effect.
